eCommerce website - popet Educational eWorkbooks
Overview
In order to sell their online workbooks popet required a way for a client to be able to purchase a book and have it available immediately after payment has been approved.
Features
- Full product management, combo products, pricing and customised products.
- Online shop which includes global currency conversion, offers Paypal, Credit Card and Phone Order.
- Customer management, including the ability to do targeted mailouts and followups.
- Website tracking, can view statistics on file downloads and page views relating to specific products.
- Hosting for website and ability to create many websites through the one interface.
Interesting bits
- Prompt for clients to be able select the script style for specific products, this script style was saved in the customers session and re-used on future choices.
- Allowed popet customers to purchase workbooks that are delivered directly to their account. They can log back in to download any previously purchased books.
- Direct invoice creation from ordering system. Popet uses the in-built financial package in mydigitalstructure to manage their BAS, invoices and receipts. No MYOB or Xero required.
- Pay via phone was required by popet to make it easy for their clients to have the choice to pay over the phone instead of online.
- Allow region to be selected to determine whether or not GST is included in the pricing.
- Custom zero-refresh floating bar at the bottom of the page to display shopping cart and contents.
Quoting and schedule app - Arbor Pride
Overview
To create a more streamlined approach to quoting and completing work, Arbor Pride needed to have a way for the whole company to easily share relevant information.
Features
- Multiple calendaring system allowing users to be allocated quotes or jobs on-site.
- Ability to create a quote via mobile device on Customers site.
- All communications with the customer is managed through the mydigitalstructure CRM module.
- Invoices and Tax BAS are managed through the same system. No MYOB or XERO required.
- Multiple users with different access levels and user interfaces are available.
Interesting bits
- While quoting, the Arbor Pride staff member can draw a free hand block plan of the site on mobile device.
- Tree's to be removed from the site are generated markers for drag and drop to the block plan.
- Various council forms are automically populated with client data for quick submission to client.
- After quote completion the staff member can lock in a time for the job to be completed without contacting the office.
- Custom tree removal calculator determines the approximate cost based on tree specifications, e.g. Height, Width, Number of branches.
- Automatically fills out templates for work order, quote and invoice all packaged as a PDF ready to send to the client.
